Dish in development. Irish duck, , red cabbage, green grapes, pear and mustard. Here, the lovely, slightly sweet meat of the is balanced nicely by the big flavours of the pudding (from The Smoking Butcher) and cabbage.

Eat your heart out Denny’s! These are sausages, their own eggs, which we collected today, homemade black pudding, in house made bread and assorted jams and jelly’s! All made here, with stuff from their farm!

Had the enormous pleasure of dining in the George V last night. The menu reads like a who’s who of Irish producers. Definitely gets my vote for the 🍀 a class of its own for Irish hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
