I am married to a film editor. No one works harder than editors. And no one gets the shaft like them. The disrespect is astounding. Nominated movies are made in the editing room, not on set. Go fuck yourself, . Not watching ever again, ever.

I watched , after years waiting for the film, in order to convence myself and did not deserve to be nominated by and now I'm just upset. They actually did deserve it.

Good point. It's hard to imagine, but if this were the Gold Medal Game, it would even carry GREATER significance. Maybe I'll stream "Miracle" this weekend instead of watching

I strongly hope changes their decision to not air all 24 categories during this year’s telecast. It’s the worst idea I’ve ever heard. What has made stand above other awards shows is that it honors all the hard work that go into making film!

Polite reminder - (nominations/wins/losses) don't actually change how YOU feel about the films you have watched in any one year. So, y'know, try to remember that and maybe just chill out.

Kind of glad I'll be working on set during this year. I'm pretty done with perpetuating the myth that crew doesn't matter.

Dear : It has been announced that will have no host this year. I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS ON.😎 Rather than an A-List celebrity - in 2019 lets hand this role off to no-name who loves to host, who loves to be weird & who loves the entertainment world 🤘🏼😫🤘🏼

: Did you know that the star-studded award show we know today as first took place as a private dinner for roughly 270 people in 1929? Which nominee are you most hopeful to see win an during the ninety-first this Sunday?

I love when people chime in after saying who got snubbed when they obviously haven't seen all of the films... Listen, we know you loved A Star Is Born.
