I'm used to waking up in the middle of the night with some weird symptom. . I woke up itching last night. Crazy kind of itching. Huge Hives. Mum found me trying to reach my back with a toothbrush. She says get a banana peel and rub on hives. That juju worked.

A huge passion of mine is cosplay modeling. Lupus makes scheduling photoshoots extremely difficult because I can’t guarentee that day will be good for me. But I will not let Lupus STOP me.

Having to choose between grocery shopping or doing literally anything else for the day, including eating, because the energy for that will suck the next two days dry.

Engaging with the world despite pain, nausea, fatigue, fever, and/or diarrhea bc it's easier to deal with the aftermath than come up with one more explanation.

I am now weaning off the massive doses of steroids I needed for a vicious attack of Rowell’s Syndrome, during which I was covered with an itchy rash and all the skin on my upper back and shoulders peeled off, leaving raw oozy skin.

This morning I potted two mums, planted four petunias in my flower bed, and hosed off the back porch. It took me about an hour and incapacitated me for the rest of the day.
