TUI have cancelled a load of 2019 flights all on same day, including ours from Cardiff! Customer services night mare 6 hours on hold over last 2 days to sort out should be ashamed!

Booked a holiday yesterday afternoon with Tui who did not inform us about the raging forest fires taking over the island. Today I discovered this information. They are refusing to move us to a different holiday and said we will lose all our money!!!!
