People's attitudes and behaviours really change during a major delay the moment they find out what "personal injury at track level" means. Folks are immediately more tolerant, respectful, and accommodating when the realize it's a tragedy, not an inconvenience for nothing.

Don't you think the driver should be using both hands to steer the bus? This was 85 Sheppard East bus just east of Highway 404/Sheppard. Which in turn is just east of Don Mills Station.

If you're the father & son who just got off at St George w/bikes and left your backpack on the subway accidentally, I brought it to the operations manager at Yonge station. Hope your day turns around for the better!

We set out this weekend to locate the "hundreds" of residents near Finch that "sent complaints" to Cllr Mammoliti about the LRT construction. We could not find one person against the LRT, it was quite the opposite. I can't wait until Thursday's LRT meeting!

I wish people on the subway followed the same etiquette as the bus. If you’re not getting off, move *back* and stop crowding the doors so people can actually get onto the train.

About 20 minutes ago I witnessed a raise his voice at a couple of tourists because they didn't know where to put their TTC tokens. Their English is had. My Farsi is passable. He could of explain the fare process to them. I could of translated.
