Just bought a couple of child Metropasses at by myself (an adult). No IDs and no names required - just a birthday. I could ride for free and make quite a bit of money selling these, if I was so inclined.

My heart goes out to the staff who are trying to tell people the subway just reopened and the people still get mad. Calm down guys, they're getting the msg out as fast as they can.

how are we still so far behind the times? Was trying to take transit today at Islington Station with 2 kids, and my son fell down the stairs as I was carrying my stroller down (no elevator?!). Thankfully there are plenty of kind people who helped me!

I can’t believe I pay $130 a month for the worst subway service in the world

The art at Union Subway station platform is still depressing. Will they ever take it down?

Its tough not to get yourself down every month when you don’t get a but I swear the only thing that keeps me going is looking forward and imagining my life when I do.

It’s become a nightmare for many on line1 from Pioneer Village - 407/Jane St. Escalators going up are invariably out of service. I complain after running for connection & a agent says “these are working 24/7 (so stop complaining if 1 or 2 don’t work)” 1/3

This beggar has been riding the line 1 for hours. I saw her this morning. I saw her twice around lunch. This professional beggar, this photo was taken when she got at St. George, I got out at Osgoode, she made just over $100. I 1st met her 5 years ago.

Well, ford just announced that no one at subway system is going to lose their jobs with the changes he's going to make. Guess the TTC employees will be working on their resumes, 'cause everytime ford says that, ppl lose their jobs.

I've spent time in Tokyo at rush hour and sure, Tokyo is crowded, but I never saw anything close to the chaos, delays, and dangerous overcrowding that is the Toronto when a *single* thing goes wrong. This city too often grinds to a halt. More funding and capacity is a must.

The has been fixing the bus platform at Royal York so long that I assume they just gave up a while back and hope no one notices.

TTC: pay your fares. We're hiring fare inspectors to find you freeloaders. ALSO : we're gonna to make it as hard as possible to pay your fare. Good luck suckers. (Eliminating weekly pass, and then only having presto day passes on sale at 2 places in entire city)

are these naloxone kits now a permanent fixture on streetcars? If so, this is an incredible step forward in the right direction. Seen on the 504 today.

The is not your living room. Turn off your phone's speaker, or rock some headphones. No one wants to be disturbed whilst getting to/from their destination. Have some manners, fam! Respect.

Much love to the FREE service from 4pm-2:30am! I appreciate a transit system that knows how their city lets loose. They even hung the signs appropriately for reading after you've had a few! 😜

Why do you hire the rudest people??? Today, a bus driver yelled at me for the dumbest reason. I have encountered many rude bus drivers and despite many complaints I see the same behaviour continued. Is being a jerk part of your job requirements?
