Last meal 5 pm , Slept at 9 pm , woke up at 4 am, strong recovery run post 42 km's, started slow , then got in to good rythym, top speed 3.19 mins per km, last 3 km's in ,5.20 mins per km. Key for me is last meal is at 5 pm & this keeps my body light for my morning run

I started running marathons (first one itself was full marathon) in 2012. I did first one in 4.55 hrs. Then was 43 years. Now i am 51years old and today i ran a sub 4 marathon. So believe me age is just a number. You are much more than your age.
