In any new project created with target ios13+ the applicationState is background in application(_,didFinishLaunchingWithOptions) Is this a apple bug? The applicationState should be inactive while launching per documentation

I’d nearly forgotten how damn great the live previews are with Catalina, makes working on new features *so* much faster. Oh, and I’m ridiculously excited to get this wrapped up and in the hands of users to make sure they never miss any bonuses from their credit cards.

In my TabView I have a CoreData stack that isn’t getting the designated initializer called. I feel like it’s something in the neighborhood of where the arrow points, but it’s not working. Any obvious flaws here?
