SOME PEC & LAT LOVE!❤️ - This is a great pec stretch shoe stabilizing the scapula. It allows me to control the tissue more and get deeper.🙌🏻 - I can also use some press and stretch here to stretch out the lats.🤤 - Whose Pecs are tight??🙋🏻‍♂️
