here's my MP... who constantly reminds us that a CPC govt would not re-raise the issue of abortion, yet surveys his constituents on their support for it. why? because he'll look for opportunities to raise it himself

“For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.” Well this quote doesn’t help a politician at all...unless I guess you’re good with being wrong.

My MP is entering 2020 by fanning the flames of Alberta separatism, and wading into abortion debates. So very disappointed... but sadly not surprised.

So, I might have spent an hour-plus writing a pro-choice column this morning for Tuesday's in response to MP constituency survey. Watch out , I'm not holding back. I will always fight for a woman's right to choose.

an honest question to do your conscience rights override your obligation as an MP to represent your constituents? that is, even if most of us supported a piece of legislation, you would still oppose it based on conscience rights?

Christmas is a great time to be a firefighter. We get spoiled by people like 4 year old Harper, with her Mom & Grandma, who stopped by station 1 to drop off some Christmas baking treats! This community has so many kind and generous people in it. Thank you so much!

Tonight, the JAS Board of Directors had the chance to see the fly-through of the new Ag Facility opening to the public in 2022. So happy to see this opportunity come to our specialized municipality that champions both urban and rural.
