I wish I could tell you how great sounded this evening, but I heard only approx 2 songs thanks to the absolute selfish entitlement of some people. Such a shame after a run of gigs with truly wonderful, friendly, thoughtful, inclusive fans there to enjoy the music.

Final grades submitted, no plans for the evening, at home with my lovely wife and cute af cat, doing the mise en place for some risotto, listening to on full volume. Despite everything, sometimes life is really good, folks.

No.1068 The 3rd LP Mars Audiac Quintet is 25 years old today! Perhaps their most accessible album with tracks such as Ping Pong and Wow and Flutter. The masters of space age pop achieved their highest album chart position. Love the final track Fiery Yellow.

Sensational set by tonight in Leeds, slightly tempered by a dancefloor filled with the biggest gathering of boring straight white men since .
