Fmr President Zuma will have to personally pay an estimated R10million legal costs linked to his failed challenges. He has to personally pay EFF, DA, Cope, UDM, Casac legal costs. (Suspect his lawyers will petition Appeal Court for the right to challenge this)

Wow, incredible start to Barbara Hogan's testimony. She talks about the liberation movement, its goal to reform apartheid SA & quest to build a democratic state. A sober reminder how the ANC has regressed, how SA was repurposed and sold for a song.

Under rug swept part 1: was the Sarafina II saga where Dr Nkosazan Dlamini-Zuma was shielded from censure through the offering of a junior officer. This act established & entrenched the culture of impunity learned at Morogoro & in Zambia when cases came up in camp.

Just listened to some of Jimmy Jimmy’s submissions and was reminded of Law School with Judge Makoka telling us to read Proverbs 18:17. NIV “The first to put forth his case seems right, until someone else steps forward and cross-examines him.”
