Itโ€™s 27 degrees here in Minneapolis. Light snow. Almost dark. And at 6pm my friends and I will be at Pearl Park protesting because women & children shouldnโ€™t be tear gassed. Join us. My husband made cookies!

Personally (I'm not an organization, just some chick in Wisconsin), I'd say consider participating in a protest wherever you are -- by yourself or with some friends/family/neighbors. But, make it specific to solidarity w/Wisc. & Mich.!

As we stood in support of survivors we experienced tears & honks of support. We also saw the worst of MN when man with his young son pulled over, almost causing an accident, to yell at us about guns & cuss us out.

Ok, Americans - pretty good showing last night for the rallies. But what are we gonna do today? Tomorrow? Next week? One night is not enough. ? We have to keep showing up. And there need to be more of us.

Why only one shot? There have been people engaging in peaceful micro-protests for months under the banner. In South Korea the streets were filled nightly with millions in protest.

Protest 45 against 45. . We are getting to the last few days until Nov 6th. Cold and dark and then 2 wonderful young women stopped to bring us hot chocolate and thank us for being out there. There is hope.
