Abdeen Rizwan 32, father of 2 who jumped into Upper Kotmale Dam to rescue a girl who attempted suicide, has gone missing. Rizwan, after seeing the girl drowning had jumped & pushed her towards the bank had gone missing. A police man who saw this had rescued the girl.
