In older women, as few as 4400 steps/d was significantly related to lower mortality rates compared with 2700 steps/d. With more steps, mortality rates decreased before leveling at about 7500 steps/d.

1 year follow up achilles rupture. Our protocol brace, heel raise orthosis, PRP injections then functional rehabilitation. No casts, no surgery! Must be less than 2 weeks post injury.
