This afternoon I decided to play with traditional dough and used it to line a tart pan. This pizza is topped with , sliced yellow , sweet onions, mozzarella & feta . Happy Saturday afternoon. 😊

Dinner this evening is a sweet potato, yellow squash, spinach, sweet onion, basil & cheese tart. I start out with strips of pastry & sautéed veggies and then shape the tart by hand. Happy Sunday evening! 😊
