So much for earning my A-List preferred and even companion pass..now I get to figure out what I do overnight in Atlanta and miss a lot of non refundable San Fran activities tomorrow. So much for earning 200k miles for a family trip...

Woohoo, survived baby E’s first ever flight! He was a total champ and made it a piece of cake! One more flight to go today before we hit sunny California!

sends me email to keep account active, which I book but they still canceled all of my rewards miles on technicality. Been taking care of sister and gmother with cancer and haven't flown as much as I usually do. Thanks

If we don’t completely miss the OAK flight, maybe we can make the tail end of boarding. My family of 6 can be split up and grab some back row middle seats. So much for A-List Preferred and EarlyBird. I know it’s a rant at this point...but really expected more

This makes our soar, Tim! If you'll send us a DM with the confirmation number associated with this trip, we can narrow down our list and be sure to recognize the right Flight Attendant by sharing your kind words with her and her Leaders. -Emilia
