Our high school homecoming has been tradition for 70 years & in researching queens it was discovered the 1st queen was never actually crowned. So today my high school classmate rectified that as principal. Ms Ida was a friend of my grandparents. I cried.

I grew up in a very small community by the time I was in 5th grade we were the biggest class of 12 and we were a mix of 5th and 6th grade. There were only 3 sixth graders.

So the truck pulling a loaded hay trailer missed the driveway to the fairgrounds so they had to back up down the road causing a 3-car traffic jam. This literally just happened in front of my house.
