Bullous tinea. Uncommon form on acral skin. Usually caused by T.interdigitale. KOH prep w/ DMSO (left) aids w/ faster keratolysis, thus no need to heat up slide. Or can biopsy for H&E/PAS (right). I prefer KOH. You? ๐Ÿค—
