But the owner of the sender account said someone other than him sent the messages, although he didn’t know who. On Tue, the judge found Maurer guilty of defamation, imposed a €3,000 fine and ordered her to pay the man €4,000 in damages

But the man who owns the sender account sued her for defamation and WON. Yesterday a judge found her guilty and ordered her to pay the man damages. Maurer says she is planning to appeal. (2/2).

Keine vorgeschobenen Gründe für weitere Beschränkungen des freien Netzes! Eine für Online-Plattformen würde erwiesenermaßen nicht helfen, Hass im Netz zu bekämpfen, wie am Fall und in anderen Fällen deutlich wird. °li
