Doing a service map of the service we provide to Co-op as a team so we can improve. I’ve been dragging the team in ad-hoc as I go. Suddenly it became a full team mission. I’m doing design again. Which sometimes means - everyone else doing design.

Big airports have a complex traffic mgmt system. When storms come many strips are useless because of weather patterns. This causes bottlenecks. This is known and impact to arrivals and departures are known. Yet airlines don't communicate these up front.
