Remember this, Cardinals fans. -91 wins -Division champs -Division series winner -Improved defense/baserunning -Jack Flaherty Ace emergence Wanting more is good, but 2019 was a big step forward. Hard to be mad if this is the end. Just need some offense.

Show me another town where Anibal Sanchez gets a standing ovation for throwing 7-plus innings of no-hit ball against the home team in a crucial game. Make fun of the “best fans in baseball” if you want, but they absolutely are.

Yeah, I might be the "Get off my lawn" guy, but the way baseball is played today is boring. All they seem to do is swing for the fences and then sit down and read about the exit velocity and launch angles. I'll take Whiteyball every day, all day.

A few nuggets from the clubhouse after NLCS sweep: * Adam Wainwright hasn't decided if he will pitch in '20 and team is awaiting his decision * Mo said Ryan Helsley pitched enough innings that he could be in the mix for a rotation spot * No major staff changes expected

The ’ season didn’t end the way anyone wanted, but they were able to defy expectations. No one saw them reaching the playoffs, much less making the final four. Don’t let the horrible finish tarnish what the team was able to do this year.

I understand the frustration, I want to win just as much as everyone else- BUT STOP TAGGING PLAYERS IN HATEFUL TWEETS. Holy shit, they are people, too. They have a family, friends, etc. just like you and I. Be better.

I refuse to beat the players on this team up. They overachieved. But I will blow up DeWitt and Mozeliak for malfeasance at the trade deadline. It was incompetent thinking on their part and I seriously think they take the fans for granted.

That’s it. Game over. A solid season. Division champs and 3 postseason wins. Not bad for a team that saw ZERO improvements at the deadline. Mozeliak and company can’t be complacent with this comeback. They need to build upon it, find some hitting. Onward, .

I'm not going to live to see another baseball season, so this year I decided to watch through the eyes of 6yo me. And I rediscovered how much joy there is in a game designed to break your heart. You bring a lot of joy, Dex. Thanks.

Mike Shildt, Don’t apologize for what you said, don’t apologize for supporting and backing your team. You’re a big league manager. You’re the light under their ass. You play to win titles. Cardinals fans far and wide support you. Don’t change.

Last night’s loss hurt, but there isn’t a team on Earth I’d rather cheer for. I want to thank EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU (I hit 8,000 followers last night!) for your kind words and support as I follow the Cardinals throughout the year! I love you all!

Shitty ending to the season, but they made it further than most of us expected. It’s officially hockey season. St. Louis is still a city of champions...

The are finally back. You can tell by how mad they make people who don’t cheer for them. They’ve always been their best when they piss people off. Always.
