When you organise an event like , it takes several months of tireless planning, going over and over every tiny detail until each is perfect. Hundreds, likely approaching thousands, of hours went into this and seeing it all come together is an amazingly heartwarming feeling

I've had the greatest time at . 3 days of nothing but radio: talks from the finest, networking, valuable industry feedback in and many pints with mates. Radio is the bloody best. I love it and have left even more intrigued for the future. Cheers Swansea 👍

A big theme at .. In the changing landscape of radio, you can’t be a one trick pony. Knowing not only how to present, but being able to produce, edit audio, create imaging, make creative marketing and more are all skills that’ll be beneficial to take into the future!
