Rather than create more jobs in DHS, the contract to provide bodies for "efficiency". But the workers still need to be paid, and Serco needs to employ support & make massive profit, so it can only be more efficient if workers are exploited.

I requested to use the washroom, the guards won't take the handcuffs off even4 that,& would keep the door open staring at me I refused to use the washroom under such degrading Human Treatment. Shame on & Royal Perth Hospital. & are inseparable.
