These aren’t just flagrant violations of our election rules, but of federal labor law as well. It says a lot about Mr. Modine and MembershipFirst’s poor decision-making, something we clearly can’t afford in our upcoming contract negotiations. Read LA Times:

Perhaps this should have been my one and only statement about Jesus Was a Commie A purposefully provocative title. Neither about Jesus or communism but about factions & gossip & the lack of morals & transparency in today’s society ✌🏽❤️

Dear These personal attacks on a fellow member is beneath the dignity of the President of our Union. I ask you respectfully to retract this false accusation. I only wish you were as aggressive in our contract negotiations that you handed off to staff.

I don’t want my union led by an executive producer. leaders should represent our members – not our employers.

So far Mathew Modine is the only candidate for President of SagAftra in 2019 who has sat down and talked to the kids to find out what child Performer members in the Union need!! Vote for Mathew Modine for President!!

If Gabrielle is such a great President for SagAftra, why wasn't she at the Netflix contract meeting or the Sexual Harassment meeting? My whole family was at both 💪🏽✌🏼

I want union leaders that protect labor laws, not violate them. That’s why I voted for and am honored to be a part of their slate. Please vote and mail your ballot back this week!

Isaac, Nope! We don’t do that. Let’s root for ALL our fellow actors to succeed. This business is tough enough without actors wishing ill will on others. I wish Gabrielle continued success now and always! That is what we mean by Remember Members VOTE!

Not only were there labor law violations with the campaign videos, there may be copyright issues with the music. covers all performers. Someone who wants to be president of the union shouldn’t be using a member’s work without their permission. Vote

Matthew Modine has never sat at a bargaining table. He’s never served on a negotiating committee or ANY of our committees. With our TV/Theatrical Contract negotiations just months away, his inexperience could cost us millions. VOTE GABRIELLE CARTERIS
