Replying to @realDonaldTrump @CNN
You broke the law. You got impeached. Your thugs like , Manafort, Flynn, Cohen etc broke the law and are in prison or are headed there. , Comey, McCabe did nothing wrong, were cleared, and walk free. See how that works?

Judge Amy Berman Jackson says Roger Stone engaged in “threatening and intimidating conduct” toward her. She said Stone “knew exactly what he was doing” posting an image that pointed a gun’s cross-hairs above her face. “This is an intolerable rule of justice” she said.

Just a reminder that by accepting a pardon, Roger Stone would be admitting guilt. This would also mean that he could not plead the 5th in future hearings against others and he could face state level prosecution.

Well one thing's for sure; Berman-Jackson's overt bias from the bench just made it very easy for to immediately grant clemency to

Although the sentence was imposed today, Stone will not be heading to prison because he is still litigating his request for a new trial. The judge has ordered that Stone does not have to surrender to BOP until close to time matter is resolved

has been convicted and sentenced, yet is still under a gag order. His 1A rights are being unconstitutionally suppressed. Nothing about this case is proper. needs to act now.

Watch: the same Judge who got all high & mighty about how awful lying to politicians is, will then turn out & cover up for a juror forewoman who lied to get the on the jury.

The Judge is a political hack. Tied the Russia-Collusion hoax to sentencing, tied Stone's free speech on social media to the sentence. She should be impeached.

’s Judge Amy Berman Jackson claiming that he threatened her and impeded justice is beyond dumb considering she suppressed his 1A rights, he was convicted by a biased jury and she’s sentencing him. This should terrify every American. cc:

arrives DC court for sentencing w/attorneys, family, wearing navy suit, and tie. Confirmed that Stone is still under gag order from court that blocks media interviews. This “condition of release” should be addressed by judge today

Judges generally never allow non-victim letters from people who do not personally know the defendant to be part of the record. The judge continues to flaunt basic norms for her politicized abuse of judicial power against supporters.

Reminder: Clapper leaked details of the Steele dossier briefing given to then-President-elect Trump to CNN’s Tapper, lied to Congress about the leak, and was rewarded w/CNN contract a few months later. on the other hand gets 3 years in prison.
