How long will this take? First win an election, then renegotiate a “sensible “ deal & get parliamentary agreement, then go to the country in a Referendum with all the hoo-ha + corruption from Farage & Co. I think I would prefer to protect my sanity and go straight to !

Actually, I'd prefer to and be done with it, but in order to minimise civil unrest, I think a referendum is required. Johnson or another leader is welcome to put any deal they can agree with the EU to the public in that vote, vs Remain. 1/2

It is sane and clear. Parliament is sovereign, so if Parliament passed after a mandate won on a manifesto, there could be nothing MORE democratic. Just as democratic if a before a GE gave Parliament a mandate to pass legislation to .

IMO: wrong on several accounts. is in the public interest. A deal (WA) was rejected by UK HoC. The present UK government has no democratic legitimacy. Being clear and transparent to that government might help. Politeness didn't.

But if we don't have a new then voting at the ballot box is the solution. If a Party gathers more votes, that demonstrates what the country wants.

A PV was always an excuse to overturn . The LibDems move to is predictable. & many of those who formerly demanded a PV from Labour will obviously prefer revoking with the LibDems. You can’t unite ppl who don’t want to be united. Imv, Labour should pick a side.
