What a great day. Too many organisations to list individually however we couldn’t have done this without your support. Over 300 trainers helped to give the most important skill of all to over 15,000 children today, amazing!

For today we were at locations across London teaching lifesaving skills - including shopping centres, hospitals and schools. More and more bystanders are performing CPR - but we want everyone to be confident that they could do it.

It's According to when someone suffers a cardiac arrest, performing immediate CPR can at least double their chance of survival. Here at Champions, we have a number of staff trained in using automatic defibrillators which could potentially save a life.
