Conditions on the A83 continue to be very challenging for the recovery teams with further landslides this morning. The road will remain closed with teams on site to monitor the hill side.

Just some of the landslide incidents impacting the Rest and Be Thankful, causing misery for residents in Argyll. Previous landslide mitigation measures have simply not worked. It is now time for a long term solution to keep the A83 open at all times.
