My bill to HAS PASSED THE HOUSE!!!!!! We WILL fund the 9/11 VCF permanantly, and honor the heroes of 9/11. FDNY and NYPD are the true twin towers of NYC. The Senate must now pass it immediately - we will not rest until it is law.
