Dear , your northbound S9 bus once again had to deny passengers at M St. due to being too full. The third stop! How. Just how. Not the first time either. Please help me understand why we haven't added more bus service while parts of the are closed.

Well....this could be a problem Nobody told this new car that there isn't a Redline stop at City Hall/Gov't Center. I guess they still have to work some of the navigational bugs out before they are put into service...
