Robbing people of every opportunity in life, then telling the world, “ ahh, they’re just lazy, drunkerds, druggies with no intelligence, work ethic, leadership qualities etc etc etc “ It’s about time people start telling the real history of this country.

“A student isn’t a data point,” said. “A student is a living, breathing human being with a lot of different aspects that make them who they are and the teachers have to discover that and data doesn’t do that for them.”

All children, by the time they leave school, should have worked on, and won, a campaign that’s made their life, and the lives of others, better.

to the homeland when it was Dads time in the arena. My earliest memories as a child are of the family Akhara and watching him compete. Didn't need to look anywhere else for inspiration and to figure out how to live. What a childhood🙏🏽✊🏽❤

I’ve tweeted about this months ago. The psychological damage for their future relationships are unimaginable. It’s up to parents to stop this ludicrous fearmongering.

This right here! All parents should be teaching their children how to be financially responsible. Teach them about DEBT specifically, how it can ruin you and/or benefit you. (Most adults don't know what this kid knows.)

Don't judge me on the results of my students when all you see are numbers on a piece of paper generated by a standardized exam. Judge me by the lives of my students and the skills they are using for life after school, because I was their teacher.

I remember that hush/sense of awe standing with a group of pupils before the Vimy Ridge war memorial in northern France. I will remember that for the rest of my life.
