Yes more commercial, cultural/educational and public spaces, less space for residence in city centres.

No just Markaz, all sectors from F/G6 TO F/G11 shd be mixed use and high density. Those who want big houses can shift to suburbs of Islamabad.

Need to shift the National Library from it's current location to somewhere in Blue Area or in F/G 6,7,8 sectors. One needs to compare the budget for libraries vs roads and sarkari bungalows in Islamabad.

has only around 5% space for commercial activities in each sector (F6/7, G6/7 etc) in the centre of the city. Cities are for commerce and people not for big houses and lawns. How can we create jobs and wealth with this mindset discouraging commerce?

I often tweet . A friend thought I dnt like this city. This is not true. I love . This is one of the reasons I could not settle in the US after my PhD. As a resident I want to see doing even better. We do need to make efforts collectively.

This is a great news. However to make it really work, the construction planning must also be regulated to have included latest themes and quality spaces for tech companies and start ups. This will actually make work the way it is being professed.

Dear PM , did u notice walkibility and mixed land use in Washington DC? NO Villas of 2-3 kanal in the city centre! Next to the White House: Commercial offices, museums, food vendors, walking tourists, and high density. Can you please ?

also, there is a lot to be done for getting cars off the road to more parking spaces & only-pedestrian/cycling communal areas. some kind of english squares/italian piazzas developed in Isb.
