DANG! Woke up feeling really tired & short on time so got in 4 miles rather than 800s at the track. Plan to do that workout tomorrow instead but just didn’t have the mental push to go run in circles. Know where you are & what will make you a better person & runner that day!

Some days life just takes over. It's OK to have to cut your planned miles. Getting out for a short run is often better than no run at all, even if it's just for our mental health!

Thunder & lightning with the rain means treadmill running at the gym this morning. I was able to do 5 miles. Still uncomfortable but manageable. Hit steps goal for yesterday.
