Thanks, Theresa. Sen Ernst hasn’t made em squeal like promised. Andrew Wheeler and his oil friends don’t care about the damage they’re doing to our ag economy, and no one in the Senate has stopped him. We need a Sen who will do right by IA farmers and biofuel producers.

Multiple contacts at EPA tell me they know nothing about this decision, and I have yet to hear from a Senate office which knows the details around how this. What about EPA's ongoing illegal use of RFS refinery waivers? We need action not promises.
