Simple way to⬆️fruit & veggie intake while simultaneously ⬆️nutrient composition? 🍌F/V🧊cubes to add to future🥛protein smoothies. ✅In a blender with 💦+ spinach, pumpkin, berries, bananas or any plant. ⏰Freeze for 6 hours. Great strategy for all but especially kids 😋.

The only thing more frustrating than someone trying to justify them eating a cookie to me cos I'm a dietitian, is them trying to justify eating a cookie 🍪 I baked... And gave to them 🤦 not the food police!
