Watching Police Code Zero on 5 expect a lot of shouting at the TV and large amounts of disappointment in our judicial system but immense pride and gratitude for the police officers.

During the arrest of this male, he decided it would be a good idea for him to try to bite me. So he was further arrested for assaulting and emergency worker. This will not be tolerated, and full action will be taken.

Just another example of the dangers our police officers face daily, assault police needs to be treated with upmost seriousness and harsh sentencing 👍🏼 As a society we must ensure our police officers feel valued and protected 👍🏼

Simply unacceptable. There are resourcing challenges across the service already. Our communities need every single colleague to be there to help them where we can. Don’t let this become okay - it isn’t !!!!!!
