According to The World Alzheimer Report 2019, 1 in 4 people think that there is nothing they can do to prevent and 62% of healthcare providers think that dementia is part of normal aging. Surprisingly big numbers!

In last fortnight, I saw three newly diagnosed children with major ! My heart goes out for the families as none were screened antenatally for Thalassemia (one born in a medical college, other had family h/o Thalassemia & 3rd born in Pvt hospital)

I had clinic today. The fellow working with me was not my regular fellow so he was new to my clinic. He said, “wow, this is the first clinic I have ever been in where people are getting SO much better and coming off medications.” 😍
