You should be ashamed of yourselves for this 'report' on Premier Inn. It is the agency that should be the focus here, they only clean 46 hotels, Premier Inn have over 760! Less than 10%! Ashamed I say!!

What a joke documentary “undercover in premier inn” is . Total left wing claptrap, working to a Unite script . Hang your head in shame . Keep up the great work . You have a great product .

I have a lot of sympathy with the Premier Inn housekeepers having worked at a hotel when I was a student. The 20 minute average to clean a room is nonsense, some rooms are filthy

Disgusting that Premier Inn are using the same towel for the whole room. This is disgusting and concerning. Come on Premier Inn, support your staff properly! Not blaming the staff at all for this. 1mil package for CEO and you can’t even pay staff

I have stayed in a number of your hotels - in light of the way you and your contractors treat your staff, I won’t be staying again. Treat your staff properly, with respect and properly paid.

A member of staff at the Premier Inn at the Putney Bridge branch verbally abused me. I made official complaints and nothing was done about it. So glad have made this programme.

Dispatches could dig into pretty much any hospitality company and find people working hours they aren’t paid for. It’s not ok & more need to be exposed.

If nothing else is achieved from this expose, I hope people start to consciously think about the state they leave hotel rooms in, remembering another human will clean up after them.

I'm not agree with about the documentary about It was a shame. I have been working in this company for almost four years and I always get paid my overtime. The documentary was talking about employee contracted by AGENCY not by Premier Inn.

The most important thing when staying in a hotel is cleanliness, so look after your most important people, the cleaners.

Another bad employer taking liberties with decent honest people. Authorities need to be harsher on employers that exploit workers
