Well...that was the hardest marathon I've ever done. The legs were a mess and I didn't feel good for most of the race BUT I was able to grind it out to a 4th place 2:26:27 at . Nothing glamorous but sometimes you have to be proud of the effort regardless

While Gaza terror groups bombard Israel, the incredible Lonah Salpeter wins the Prague marathon. The Israeli national anthem is now playing loudly opposite the city's medieval Jewish quarter. A handful of singing Israelis couldn't be prouder.
