Comp training Last week of heavies before a deload...changed my days up so only 3 days rest between dead’s but got a PB again of 270kg x3 then 222kg for 6’s 👍🏻👍🏻

Members from across the Sqn recently competed in a power lifting competition in Camp Taji. Competing against individuals from across the coalition, across a range of weight categories, individual placings included a mens 1st, ladies second and mens 3rd.
