Post comp I am currently sans personal training plan so my coach said that I should pick my own exercises but to keep it “moderate”, just get some blood pumping. This was a terrible idea, I went too hard, now my session with him this morn is going to be painful 🤦🏻‍♀️😬

1rm box squat 345. 3x8 sumo Romanian deadlift. 3x10 banded hip thrusts. 3x12 GHD hamstring curls. 5x20 dimmel deadlift. 3x1min front rack holds; roughly at max front squat.

Solid lifting today! Top set of 5 at 355 here. Felt very easy! Thankful for that! 🙌 Worked up from 265. Going to take it easy for these first few lifting days. Comp in December! Doc threatened me with violence this morning if I dont drop some serious weight. ☹️
