Yesterday morning, at 10:40 local time, a strong Vulcanian-type explosion occurred at the Popocatepétl 🌋🇲🇽 and produced an ash column that rose to 32,000 ft (9,8 km) Here are the plume's aerosol and SO2 signatures as measured by Sentinel 5P 🇪🇺🛰️
