A66 remains heavily congested at Kemplay Bank Roundabout (Penrith). Congestion to the Slapestones Roundabout on the eastbound side and to the Brougham turn off on the westbound side. P: 16:20 hrs.

Very long delays on A66 westbound at Penrith due to a broken down vehicle at the Kemplay Bank Roundabout. Queues back to Temple Sowerby. This is also affecting the A6 in Eamont Bridge. P: 16:02 hrs.
