BBC Parliament is the best drama series on the TV at the moment with more twists, turns and backstabbings than the average season of Game of Thrones. Tonightโ€™s series finale was absolutely epic!!!

A lot of people fail to realise that Scots law differs from the law in England & Wales. English law is based on Common Law, Scots law has its own judicial system. Decisions of Supreme Court in appeals from Scotland are considered binding precedent.
