Thankful that the Manitoba Government has taken a stance to end 12hr on-call for Paramedics. No more working 96 hr tours 12 reg hours + 12 more on-call paid at $1.50/hour lol! Work your 12 hours & go home to get get some rest. This practice has to stop now.
