Another great set. Equal PR 190kg deadlift x 5 and there was easily another 1 or 2 there. A lot to be said for not maxing out.

Current/recent best lifts: Squat 180/397 Bench 135.5/299 Deadlift 200/442 September goals: Squat 190/419 Bench 140/309 Deadlift 210/463 Ideally I get 145 and 215 to get a 1200lb total

So excited about my new program. Will be the 1st time I've done a dedicated complex powerlifting program. Can't wait to see how it increases my 1RM's. 1st 1RM session in 9 weeks. Probably do 2 or 3 cycles before I switch to a winter bulk.

110kg x 6 for touch and go bench. My max with 115kg is 5 so I'll go for that. ๐ŸŽต

Every time I go to the gym and plan to have a nice healthy cardio day I run into my buddies who are just doing straight heavy lifting and Iโ€™m immediately like โ€œFuck this cardio nonsense Iโ€™m jumping in with the boysโ€ Never. Fails.
