Whatever anyone may think of Khadr, he deserves some sort of resolution to his predicament. Either he is a felon who has served his time, or he is not and he deserves attention to his appeal. Instead he appears to be adrift in the middle of legal shenanigans to me.

Why could oil not be piped to Thunder Bay and tankered by ship to Saint John for Refining? Oil is already tankered up the Seaway through Quebec to Montreal.
