Oh yeah. No health services will be lost. Just like no teachers would lose their jobs. Everyone from in the Ford government is full of shit.

This whole discussion (re Scheer's proposal) is a distraction from climate change, our housing and opioid crises, money laundering, healthcare and all the other issues important to Canadians. Minimum sentences are unconstitutional. End of debate.

Alberta's fires are expected to worsen & Kenney plans on scrapping carbon pricing so I guess now is probably not the time for Albertans to be discussing climate change. FYI 2013 flood, & Fort Mac fires most costly climate events in Can. Insurance covered 1/3 of costs.

Woah. Frm Gen Lewis MacKenzie is suggesting there may have been political interference with the asinine decision of DND to hold a memorial to Afghan veterans in private.

Does Christine Elliott have a soul?! She's on lying about funding cuts vs efficiencies... reconciling uploading and downloading, as needed to spin her BS.

Energy East didn’t run up against the constitution – it ran up against the economic case, which it didn’t have.

That's what this mandatory minimum is all about. Just as exploited the Tori Stafford case (14 similar healing lodge transfers under Harper!) he just wants to say "defends" those who commit those offences.

The media need to stop accepting Conservative framing. It's not true. Spending isn't out of control. It's not enough by every objective measure. Even the deficit is far less than what they claim. We can't let this phony talk stand and drive our discourse.

NO! The Notwithstanding Clause only deals with certain sections of the Charter, not other sections of the Constitution. Cripes, you guys.

VASSY: don't let him get away with the lie that program and service spending is out of control in Ontario. We spend less than most most other jurisdictions. We are way behind. It's a total lie.

How can the Minister of Capitulation to the Ford Train look us in the eye and expect us to believe she was ever a "legitimate" Con?

Good for (Mayor of Guelph). He just called out for using the term 'efficiencies' when in fact they are "cuts" and retroactive cuts at that.

The panels have always been weak on exposing the negative aspects of free trade agreements. At least gets knowledgeable guests to provide important information.
