So today I finished my 140th session with - it started with then and then - I haven’t really lost much weight (but I eat loads 🤷‍♂️) but I DO feel mentally better for it!

Sunday Thoughts What kept you sane through lockdown? Did you try something new? Have you changed your habits at all? I did PE with Joe and decide I want to carry that habit on. Lots of baking too which is always a stress release go to for me.

When I first started Joe, the warm up nearly killed me, never mind the workout. I found the 30 seconds workout and 30 seconds rest was good to start as I really needed to catch my breath. Have a go at the first and work your way through the days. He builds you up 👍🏻
