Looks like we may be lingering an extra day in the - despite the turquoise sea the wind is blowing an absolutely hoolie and itโ€™s unlikely our ferry will sail. Och well, there are worse places to be stranded. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Lovely blue skies over Great Bernera today. I arrived in the a couple of days ago suffering from a serious case of post holiday blues. I missed the remote, rugged landscape of Iceland. Two seconds after arriving in Harris I recovered. ๐Ÿ˜

Finished exploring Barra with a wee hike up the top of Heaval and a look at the Statue of the Madona and Child (known locally as our Lady of the Sea) - pretty spectacular views ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ”ฅ
