I still struggle with depression, but I know now who I am and why I always felt such a strong struggle. I wish I would have figured it out sooner, but I'm happy to be me.

Oops I forgot to take part in the National Coming Out Day discourse but here’s my two centsβ€” It’s 1000% easier to come out at work when people ask β€œIf you don’t do fantasy football, what DO you do?”

who I really am and face that rejection has been one of the hardest things I've ever done, even after I accepted myself. Days like this are really important to inspire and encourage people like me. The fight is not over.

Forgot to post yesterday, but it was Coming Out Day. I’m pretty open about being pansexual, but I’m also non-binary! Specifically, agender. I don’t talk about it much because it’s confusing and I’ve already lost people because of it. But screw that.

It was an honour to present the Out&Proud research this morning on . It is important to understand the different narratives of the + community to challenge the status quo and create more inclusive environments at both university and work

For a long time, I never thought I would get to a point where I could accept myself for who I am. It’s through God, my family and a few good friends that made me realize that I could. It’s been hard, but I’ve learned to love myself, and I hope you can love me too

Happy ! As a teacher I am here to support any student (or person in general)that needs someone as support. I wish there had been someone like who I am now around for young me. Now I have the chance to be who I needed.
