Dear I love your new biscuits however I am unable to buy them again, as they come in black plastic (which to my knowledge is non-recyclable: can’t be graded & sorted) & then comes in further plastic wrapping also non-recyclable

This photo makes me want to cry. I have to feed my family, but i feel so guilty about all the plastic. It's time the government sorted this out.

Shame on you . This is disgraceful. You have cardboard boxes & paper fillers. Use that & use the right size for the love of our planet. Please.

This is the unwanted plastic I ended up with when I went to buy fruit & veg today. Where I could, I chose unwrapped produce. But most of the time there wasn’t the choice. Please help your customers to reduce plastic waste. !

Awwww no such a beautiful orchid to be gifted. But sadly rotting at the base due to being wrapped in & sweating in copious amounts of cellophane wrap to 'protect it'. Please stop using plastic unnecessarily!!!!

Feels like this is your way of removing any responsibility around plastic waste and I really don't like it. You're pushing the onus onto your customers to try and figure this out 😠
